Dutch-Speaking Siebel Business Analyst/BA/Functional Consultant

One of my clients is looking for a DUTCH FLUENT SIEBEL BUSINESS ANALYST /FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:

Working on the solution design of the Siebel solution for a key client.
- Experience with interfaces.
- Experience with CRM and Front Office banking systems.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodology.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have functional Siebel 8 knowledge (Siebel Financial Serviced). Should have understanding of Siebel 8 configuration capabilities.
- Should be able to translate business requirements into Siebel functionality.
- Should be able of managing this process in such a way that the requirements fit as much as possible to Siebel Out-Of-The-Box.
- Should be able to identify gaps between business requirements and Siebel.
- Should have thorough knowledge and experience of business processes in banks, CRM systems and Front Office banking systems.
