Dutch Speaking Scrum Coach

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Scrum Coach for our client based in Brussels, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client is the national public-service broadcaster for the Flemish Region and Community of Belgium.

Your New role:-

The IT department of our client wants to appropriate and gradual introducing an agile scrum methodology and awareness in different parts of the organization. The candidate is to familiarize the command starting scrum masters into an agile operation and coaching them. It is expected that the candidate takes the necessary initiatives to guide the organization in the change process embarked. Line wants agile maturity gradual improvement

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-

Scrum coach who supports various project teams in Line with the introduction and proper use of appropriate scrum methodology.
Technical context - The proposed candidates have a working knowledge of the Dutch language;
- The proposed candidates have an associate or bachelor of education (or equivalent experience);
- The proposed candidates have (at least) 10 years professional experience in fields of expertise related to the delivery of ICT-related projects;
- The proposed candidates have enjoyed training in several agile methodologies and different project, program and change management methodologies.
- The proposed candidates have experience in government organizations.
- The proposed candidates have (at least) three years of experience with all aspects of agile operation, as scrum master and scrum coach.

Desirable Skills:-

Agile certificate
Practical experience with introduction of Agile methodologies in existing senior teams (6 years) Experience levels and years of experience
knowledge of several methods for project
knowledge of several methods of change management
Experience with project management methodology senior (10 years) Experience levels and years of experience
Experience with change management method senior oil (10 years) Experience levels and years of experience
