For this domain several modules have been transferred to SAP

- Personnel administration
- Payment of the active employees (as well as the long-term sick AZV2)
- Time management (both positive and negative time evaluation)
- Payment of the SWT and the pensioners
- Recruitment and Selection via SAP E-Recruiting
- Training via SAP Learning Solution
- Organization management
- Risk management
- Policy reporting via SAP BW
- Qualification management
- Performance Management
- CATS

A lot of integrations have also been transferred to SAP via intermediate platforms Datastage and Bizztalk

- AS400 with regard to the punting of the wage-earner exploitation (drivers)
- AS400 for the data of the employees
- AS400 in terms of service schedules and hours worked
- Integration into service for medical research

For the following years the challenge lies in different areas

- Optimization of the current SAP environment with the adjustments that need to be made in a central support service (HR Services Center)
- Documentation of the current solution
- Start of reporting around different domains (eg sickness absence reporting, headcount, VTE, ...)
- A major reorganization of the entire population (there will be an entity-based approach to a BU-structure).
- Integration into a new platform that will be used for the planning and punting of the drivers.
- Transition to SAP 4/Hana

In order to accompany these transitions, we are looking for a project manager with feeling on this. The profile is necessary for support in the implementation of the various business processes in SAP.

Monitor the scope of the various projects

- For the reorganization, the design of the new organization in SAP OM and PA should take place without the payment as well as other flows being compromised.
- Ensure that there are no issues for the payment of employees as a result of the adjustments that will be made.
- Check that the agreed adjustments to the various tools (SAP, workflow, organization chart, integration lines...) have been done correctly according to the agreements.
- Guiding work groups in the various domains (recruitment, development, reorganization, reporting)
- List the risks with regard to the adjustments that will have to be made by the reorganization in the currently available system and landscape.
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders in working groups, steering groups
- Coordinate tests so that the test cases are formatted and executed
- Creation of specifications around the transition to SAP S/4 Hana

Specific knowledge

- The proposed candidates have an active knowledge of the Dutch language
- The proposed candidates have a university level of education
- The proposed candidates have experience with drafting specifications for ICT-related services, negotiation and awarding them within the context of the legislation of the Flemish Government;
- The proposed candidates have (at least) 15 years of experience, of which at least 5 in the public transport sector, in the project management of an ERP implementation (more specific HR modules) where all the steps of an implementation were carried out (scope determination, blueprint, development, testing, transition, go-live and aftercare).
- The proposed candidates have (at least) 5 years experience with organizational changes and the guidance of the stakeholders within the context of an SAP implementation. The candidate must also have experience with a reorganization and what the changes will be on a landscape of HR processes.
- Knowledge of the different modules within SAP HR (CATS, PY, PT, PA, OM, QM, OSA...) and SAP BW (Webi and A4O)
- Technical knowledge of SAP LSMW to support and implement relevant migrations.
- Knowledge of the roadmap of SAP HR regarding the new technologies (cloud, successfactors, s/4 hana)
- Knowledge of the public sector in Flanders
- Knowledge of the domain "Public transportation"
- Experience with project management within the framework of public procurement 10 years experience required
- Experience in the project management of an ERP implementation and BI implementation
- Experience in support of integration projects with ICT systems that have to respond with SAP
- Experience in the guidance of the stakeholders
- Knowledge of the following modules and processes: SAP HCM (organization management, e-recruiting, Learning Solution, qualification management, net payroll, gross payroll, pensions, time management and time evaluation), Epi-USE and Nakisa
