Area of work: Finance processes and interfaces with Legacy systems
- Reporting line: Team Lead BP&S C&S Finance
- Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis
Conduct workshops with business and IT to define requirements for change on processes, architecture and technology
Define fit-gap between AS IS and TO BE processes, architecture and technologies
Propose TO BE processes, architecture and technologies
- Business Process Definition
Conduct workshops with business to design or change business processes
Document processes in process maps (change existing, create new)
Present designed processes at management level
- Functional Analysis
Analyse business process maps
Derive system requirements and write functional specifications
- SAP Configuration
Translate functional requirements into functional requirements for SAP configuration
Execute the configuration in SAP and test
- SAP Enterprise Model Configuration
Determine requirements for SAP organizational model configuration
Execute the configuration in SAP and test
- Writing Work Instructions
Write/change work instructions based on as is and to be processes, developments and configuration
Manage work instructions in document management solution
- Writing Standard Operating Procedures
Write/change Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on defined services and internal working procedures
Manage work instructions in document management solution
- Training development
The creation of training material based on existing and new processes
Liaise with internal owners for approval and validation
- Training delivery
Preparation of the training sessions
The delivery of training
-REQUIRED SKILLS:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Information Technology
3 + years of experience in setting up and supporting SAP FI/CA solutions (SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)
3 + years of experience in setting up and supporting SAP Treasury and Cash Management
Very good knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes
Good knowledge of financial management reporting
Experience with business process mapping tools
Strong consulting skills
Strong people management skills
Strong consulting skills
- Other requirements:
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills
Pro-active and result oriented
Assertive
Excellent communicator and writer
Excellent presentation skills (including at management level)
