Projektbeschreibung
You are responsible for designing and developing the SAP BI solution. For this you will have to translate the business requirements into solid solutions that will be used daily and/or monthly by several people within the organization to provide the key figures and KPIs to the bodies they need to provide. You will be managed in the project by an HR business project manager and will need to coordinate with people from HR and controlling.

- DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE WITH SAP ABAP - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGN OF REPORTS IN WEBI AND IN A4O (ANALYSIS FOR OFFICE).
- AUTHORIZATIONS WITHIN POLICY REPORTING
- EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGN OF REPORTING WITHIN THE DOMAIN OF SAP HR AND MORE SPECIFICALLY IN THE DESIGN OF QUERIES, CUBES, INFOSETS IN THE MODULES PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION (PA), REMUNERATION (PY) AND TIME MANAGEMENT (PT).
Based on a project letter (pre-analysis of the requirements) to set up workshops with people from the business and controlling.
Mapping, analysing and modelling the requests from users starting from these workshops.
Unsubscribe from the requirements and on the basis of POC (proove of concepts) show the proposals to the members of the workshops.
Collaboration in the preparation of the BI architecture design
Working out the reporting needs, development, testing
Working out solutions within BW/BI and Business Objects
Analysis and elaboration of the interfacing between SAP BI platform and data warehouse. The task is to adapt the development + correct functioning of the Data Distribution Layer (being an open hub) in SAP BW to the new requirements.
Advice on structural improvements in terms of performance, usability, architecture, processes and organization.
Translates the reporting needs to technical operation and concrete elaboration of the reports, necessary job scheduling, flows to publish the reports through various channels ...
Train people of the business in the new reports.
Documenting the modifications to the BI solution.
The person must have knowledge of the reporting design within the domain of SAP HR and more specifically in the design of queries, cubes, infosets in the personnel administration (PA), payroll (PY) and time management (PT) modules.
We assume a non-standard set-up for the time management reports and will therefore probably have to make adjustments to BI's standard business content so that the data can be retrieved from SAP Backend and still be forwarded.
The person should have knowledge of SAP ABAP in case of adjustments that have to be done within the Back End to provide the extraction.
The person must be familiar with the design of SCRUM. We wish very quickly to see results from our analyzes so that we can quickly play on the ball if adjustments have to be made
