Dutch Speaking Project Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Project Manager to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 3 months.

Our Client:-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.

Your New role:-

The Facility Company (HFB) has launched a project in the areas of customer management (contacts, activities, potential, ...), file management (customer demand, follow-up, collaboration) and support (customer questions, follow-up, collaborations, etc.). HFB wishes in this context build a platform and make it available to other entities and organizations. This is a Customer Management (CRM) platform, file management (CMS and Support (ESM)

To support this project in the above domains, HFB wishes to rely on an experienced functional analyst with project management qualities and this within the context of government offering a generic platform.

This person will provide support in a number of domains:
- Further elaborate a roadmap for the project
- Support for documenting the needs taking into account business, technical and legal requirements, as well as scalability
- Support for setting up selection criteria (of the tools)
- Support during selection (of the tools).
- Support in developing governance model and change management approach
- Support in designing an action plan on a number of specific domains such as GDPR, privacy and encryption
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets
- PMO activities in support.

Based on the received profiles, the possibility exists for HFB to invite the candidates with the best-suited profiles for a conversation, allowing candidates to illustrate their approach to the task and to illustrate their relevant experience.

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
- Experience with client management, file management, and support processes
- Experience with structuring and prioritizing needs in the 3 domains
- Experience in supervising customer management selection procedures, file management and support solutions
- Experience with project management of complex transformation programs in customer management, file management and support
- Experience with change management and adoption issues and methodologies in customer management context
- Experience with drafting business case and implementation plan in customer management, file management and support
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Servicenow
- Experience with functional analysis
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language both spoken and written
- Thorough knowledge of the customer base market, file management and support solutions
- Knowledge of GDPR, privacy and encryption in customer management context
- Experience with central and decentralized sub-organizations
