Dutch Speaking Project Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Project Manager for our client based in Antwerp, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client offers network solutions for electricity, natural gas, heating and public lighting. The company also plays an important social role in achieving climate objectives, combating energy poverty and the independent management of energy data.

Your New role:-

We are looking for reinforcement of our team project managers in Sint Niklaas to capture the increasing workload.
The function includes the complete management of a file from the customer request (internal or external)
And with the construction of a high quality and efficient design for the construction of electricity and gas networks and public lighting infrastructure.
Technical context A project manager creates his/her file in SAP PS and works with GIS applications to create design plans (Bentley Map, Microstation)

Business context Tasks and responsibilities:

- Follow-up of the entire project by following customer demand, quotation, design, invoicing and payment, in order to meet the customers wishes as best as possible and to prepare the dossier for execution.
- Operate as a file manager and contact point for the files in the portfolio in order to bring it to a successful conclusion.
- Capteren of customer demand.
- To prepare a quote.
- Making a financial estimate.
- Making a design including gathering all the necessary information to get a good technical polyvalent, financial and administrative good design.
- Attend coordination meetings in the design phase of a file.
- Drawing a digital design plan.
- Preparing the safety and health plan.

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-

SAP as an ERP system (1.00 years)
Gis systems (1,00 years)
Knowledge of Electricity (1.00 years)
