Dutch speaking -Program Manager- Banking. Our client is a leading Financial institution based in Brussels going through a bank wide transformation initiative.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure proper set-up, follow-up and reporting of all components of the Programs.
- Act in servicing mode and play a facilitator role to support the successful deployment of the Program
- Manage demand in an industrial way: proper arbitrage of proposed investments
- Give dedicated and particular attention to Communication aspects towards key stakeholders

We are looking for a program manager to support activities such as program/project reporting, planning, budget monitoring, communication.

You will need to have:

Strong ability to structure the launch of projects as well as the follow up/monitoring of the execution

Previous banking experience

Experience in IT/Business relationships

Experience in demand management

Experience in development/challenge of business case

Fluent Dutch and or French + English

This is a 6 months contract with possible extension.
