Formalize and share knowledge with other team members - Manage credit card life cycle products on a day-to-day basis
Competences:
In depth knowledge of credit cards:
- Products
- Customer journeys
- Processes
- Systems
- Process expertise skills
Tasks:
- Collect, Formalize and share data about AS IS process
- Provide detailed insight on required rules
- Document TO BE processes
- Plan, prepare, facilitate and formalize outcome of workshops
- Attend weekly demonstrations
- Collaborate on definition of architecture for the solution
- Collaborate on development of generic components
- Participate to briefing and information of staff
- Manage documents, communication, reporting, data related to credit cards products
Strong knowledge in Dutch is mandatory.
