DUTCH SPEAKING PROCESS MANAGER (AUTOMATION)

DUTCH SPEAKING PROCESS MANAGER (AUTOMATION) urgently required for interesting contract in Belgium

6 month rolling contract based in Belgium.

The DUTCH SPEAKING PROCESS MANAGER (AUTOMATION) will be Responsible for the following:

. Implementation of global automation standards including development of site specific automation concepts and solutions where necessary
. Consult with all relevant internal and external parties to identify customer needs and include into project objectives.
. Asses needs to develop new systems and improve existing program designs.
. Provide technical expertise on strategic initiatives and presents best solution and key industry trends to include creating and deploying new and unique approaches in automation.
. Work with other engineering, operation and quality assurance disciplines to design and develop automation solutions
. Perform work in accordance with site GxP and EHS policies and procedures.
. Provide periodic insights, detailed progress reports and system functionality documents to ensure continue alignment with department and company goals.
. Experience in a pharmaceutical environment writing and reviewing validation and change control documentation
. Develop best practices and standard operating procedures.
. Lead corrective maintenance efforts on production and facility equipment, including the use of software systems for both calibration and work orders as needed.
. Partner with local business leadership and project teams to scope Automation, MES and IT aspects of capital projects bringing knowledge of Automation technologies and latest IT technologies
. Understand and educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
. Close liaison with Process Engineering Leads and Engineering Contractors
. Drive efficiencies in execution of projects to reduce costs and cycle times based on standards
. Engages with stakeholders at all levels of projects, including active participation in Project Steering teams
. Ensures that SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is appropriately applied

The DUTCH SPEAKING PROCESS MANAGER (AUTOMATION) ideally have the following skills and expertise:

. BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree plus.
. 5 or more years of experience in project/automation/IT support and/or Vaccines/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing front line supervision. Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on small sized projects.
. Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles.
. Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
. Proven facilitation, meeting/workshop management, project management and change management skills are essential, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
. Dutch fluent in spoken and written and good English language skills
