Dutch Speaking Head of Information and Change

Proteus Europe is searching for an Head of Information and Change speaking Dutch available for a short term contract in the Netherlands.

Your New role:-

We are looking for a natural leader, one who focuses on the development of employees and teams. You can take good responsibility but also give this delegate. Furthermore, you manage to set clear frameworks towards your team and you looking like cooperation. Furthermore, you also have a lot of common sense and strong analytical skills.

The department will fall under different Growers within ITC and working in Den Bosch but also need to occasionally travel to Utrecht.
As Head of Department within Information and Change (I and C) you, along with the other headmanagers responsible for the quality of the processes delivered by teams, applications and project results. You will also be responsible for the security and future stability of the application landscape, the agreements (quality, time and money) and in accordance with the frameworks adopted within ITC.
You focus here primarily on the development of employees and teams and secondarily on operational processes.

For this function, the responsibilities in various areas such as People and Team Management, Application Management and Projects. Together with your fellow department heads within I and C you take care of the balance between the independence of employees, self-managing teams and working in accordance with agreed common frameworks and standards. You send several multidisciplinary teams and report to the relevant Holder (MT member).

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A line manager

- Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, specialists and support staff
- Knowledge and experience in project and program-based work

- Knowledge and experience in quality improvement (CMMI, TPI).
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of competence process analysis, software development, testing, release management and information analysis.
- Broad knowledge of IT and IT decision-making processes, including PRINCE2, CMMI, ASL, BISL, Lean and Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
