De behoeften van de klant die beschreven staan in een aanvraag, begrijpen en omzetten in functies en testscenario's

Gebruikershandleidingen opstellen die het gebruik van de toepassing uitleggen
-

De functies uitleggen in verstaanbare taal voor de business en de ontwikkelaar
-

De toepassingen testen op basis van een testplan of uitleggen aan een tester hoe die dat moet doen
-

De klant bijstaan tijdens de acceptance tests of tijdens analysevergaderingen
-

Een oplossing, plan,kunnen presenteren
-

Problemen kunnen beheren en beslissingen nemen om ze zo goed mogelijk te verhelpen door de gevolgen te onderzoeken

VEREISTE ERVARING:

Kennis van de internetwereld

Kennis van methodologieën (object-oriented, AGILE, ...)

Kennis van een analysemethode en een modelleringstool (UML, ...)

Kennis van de tools voor de opzoeking in een database (SQL, Query, ...)

Basiskennis van bureautica (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)

Tasks and responsibilities in the context of 'Care' Project:

The needs of the customer described in an application, understand and convert functions and test scenarios
User manuals drawing explaining the use of the application
The functions explained in language understandable to the business and the developer
The application test on the basis of a test plan or explain to a tester which how to do that
assist the customer during the acceptance tests or during analysis meetings
One solution, plan to present ...
Problems can manage and make decisions to resolve them as best as possible by examining the consequences

Experience:

Knowledge of the Internet world
Knowledge of methodologies (object-oriented, AGILE, ...)
Knowledge of analysis and modelling tools (UML, ...)
Knowledge of the tools for the search in a database (SQL Query ...)
Basic knowledge of office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)

Required competencies:

Being able to easily integrate into a team and observe the procedures and processes of the company
Autonomous and pull his/her plan through documentation, Internet, business training, ...
Being able to easily integrate into a new business domain
The same work can play in stress period
Be flexible and be available during release periods

Languages:

Dutch/English are mandatory
