Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking CRM Business Analyst to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months.
Our Client:-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.
Your New role:-
From the business departments of AO, one needs to define the input to needs, correctly translate project prioritization and follow-up in terms of effective and cost-effective solutions. This translates into the establishment of initiatives to translate the new AO work model into new processes.
- Guidance of executives and key employees in the business to translate future needs into processes
- Identify the realistic automation nodes from the business goals, taking into account restrictions and principles
- Develop initiatives to increase process and project thinking and working within AO
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
- MS Dynamics CRM certified
- Business IT alignment
- Experience with a complex context in which different units/teams work on a common solution
- Provide insights into models tailored to the target group and deliverables also explained to the target audience
- Experience and knowledge of change management: know how to deal with changes/sensitivities of various stakeholders
- Interest for business and its operational reality
- Assessment of possibilities and encouragement of consensus
- Apply a process approach at all levels of the organization
- Project experiences with BPM in the public sector
- Understanding of enterprise architecture
- Strategic and tactical insight BPM
- Be familiar with assignments in strongly changing environments
- Setting up a roadmap (organization, functions, units, skills, management, IT ...)
