Dutch Speaking Business Analyst/Functional Analyst

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Business Analyst/Functional Analyst for our client based in Mechelen, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client is a Flemish waste management company responsible for waste policy and soil remediation. The agency operates within the Environment, Nature and Energy policy domain of the Flemish government and is based in Mechelen .

Your New role:-

As a business analyst you analyze ahdv legal texts, written procedures, interviews with various stakeholders, ... the organizational structure, the domain and business processes (AS IS and TO BE) and the like. If there are opportunities for computerization you are responsible for collecting the functional and non-functional requirements for the solution to be delivered. You will work critically to ensure that only the actual requirements are retained and you also take the larger picture into account.
As a functional analyst you are responsible for working out a solution that is as lean as possible and that meets the predefined scope and fits within existing architectural guidelines. You take into account user-friendliness, technical limitations and work closely with architect and developers. You document the functional design ahdv Uses Cases, mockups, service specifications, class diagrams, ... and do this carefully.
You monitor the quality of the delivered solutions in collaboration with colleagues and end users.
You are supposed to include both functions within our team.
Technical context Technical skills

- Investigate substantive needs and make proposals for ICT solutions.
- Identify and document AS IS and TO BE processes
- Create high level requirements
- Creating Epics and User stories that convert the high level requirements and make them accessible to a development team
- Create use case, class diagrams
- Prototyping by using tools (eg Balsamic, draw IO ...)
- Experience with Agile development (SCRUM and/or Kanban project development
- Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence (documentation) and JIRA

Setting up high level requirements
Identify and document AS IS and TO BE processes
Translate high life product requirements to - Epics and User stories- Medior (3.00 years)
Creating use case, class diagrams
Prototyping by using tools (eg Balsamic, draw IO ...)
Experience with Agile development (SCRUM and/or Kanban project development) Medior (3.00 years)
Experience with Atlassian products as Confluence (documentation) and JIRA Junior (1.00 years)

General skills selected:
