SKILLS:
- Minimal 5 years of relevant work experience within IT, preferably Digital Channels.
- Agile Way of working/Scrum (1.5 + years)
- Good experience in business analysis (3+ years)
- Candidate must have, or is able to obtain quickly, knowledge of IT Architecture and functional application knowledge of systems like video conferencing, document sharing, websecurity, etc.
- Customer Interaction/Remote Advice/Contact Center
- Good to have experience in Retail Banking/E-commerce industries
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discuss & agree with stakeholders requirements for their Remote Advice service.
- Manage backlog, create & refine user stories.
- Be a linking pin between the scrum development team, other development teams and business stakeholders.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 12 MONTHS + POSSIBLE EXTENSION
Language requirement: DUTCH* (MANDATORY), ENGLISH
