Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Speaking Business Analyst for our client based in Merelbeke, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client offers network solutions for electricity, natural gas, heating and public lighting. The company also plays an important social role in achieving climate objectives, combating energy poverty and the independent management of energy data.

Your New role:-

As part of the creation of a Central Market System (CMS) at Atrias and the introduction of new market processes (MIG6), the Management and Strategy Management Board is preparing for a project portfolio that needs to be substantively and projectually supported. To that end it became
Smart Users Program Established.

The data cluster Data MIG6 coordinates all cross domain data-related MIG6 projects within the smart user program.

Within this cluster, a project will be launched that will enable E2E business process monitoring. This monitoring will include 3 large shutters, namely process follow-up, 360 ° EAN viewer and dashboards. Eandis is looking for a business analyst who wants to be part of the scrum team of this project (agile approach) to provide a qualitative monitoring tool.

Role:

- You include the product owner in devising and working out the products based on user stories.
- You make functional analyzes and discuss these with the various stakeholders.
- This facilitates your discussions between process owners, (S) BPAs, internal/external experts using best-practice processes.
- You support the scrum team in capturing, refining, analysing, technical translation and testing of products from the product backlog.

- Based on your expertise, you make improvement proposals.

- You help to achieve change acceptance within the reporting framework
- You are committed to providing quality documentation.
- You provide documentation, follow-up of the working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals ... by Insightful documentation

Essential Skills:-

Demonstrating knowledge and experience of/in the market
Proven Experience with Business Analysis and Agile Project Action (2.00 years)
Proven experience with business process monitoring applications (2.00 years)

Sector skills selected:

Proven experience in the Energy/utilities - distribution network management (2.00 years)
