Dutch Senior Network Engineer/Presales Engineer

For a Company based near Brussels:
I am searching for a Senior Network Engineer/Presales with good command of Dutch and English Language.

Job description:
- Discover and test new solutions, components or features
- Participate to trainings and obtain the required certifications
- Elaborate architectures and designs based on the customer requirements
- Perform audits and suggest improvements
- Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations
- Elaborate, implement and maintain customized solutions to meet customer's needs
- Provide pre-sales technical support
- Keep current on new technologies, standards and evolutions
- Perform customer technical product training
- Provide support for customer product evaluations
- Resolve incidents and problems raised by the customer and eventually escalate to providers
- Participate to projects and coordinate activities
- Document the customer's infrastructures and the implementations details

Knowledge, skills and experience:
Mandatory:
- Solid working knowledge of Ethernet and network protocols such as TCP/IP, as well as the network core services (DHCP, IPAM, DNS)
- High experience in Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies and with IP routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Strong Experience in LAN and WLAN implementations
- Solid experience in perimeter security (Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, Network Access Control, penetration testing)
- High experience in content security (anti-malware, web security software/appliances, URL filtering, content inspection)
- Strong skills on remote access and VPN technologies
- Experience with messaging security (mail security software/appliance, anti-spam, anti-virus)
- Skills on End Point Security and User Authentication solutions
- Knowledge of security management solutions (Unified Threat Management, SIEM, audit)

Desirable:
- Experience with Cisco, HP, Juniper, Checkpoint, Bluecoat, Infoblox and TrendMicro Network and Security related solutions
- Skills on IP Telephony, Unified Communication tools and Intelligent Traffic Management solutions

- You are proactive, independent, accurate and aware of the importance of deadlines
- You have good verbal and written communications skills in Dutch, French and English
- You are able to constantly improve your knowledge to meet the industry requirements
- You have good time management skills

Nice to have:
- You have recognized professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM) and certifications (CISCO, HP, Juniper, CheckPoint)
