Dutch Project Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch Project Manager for our client based in Merelbeke, Belgium

Our Client:-

Our client offers network solutions for electricity, natural gas, heating and public lighting. The company also plays an important social role in achieving climate objectives, combating energy poverty and the independent management of energy data.

Your New role:-

As part of the creation of a Central Market System (CMS) at Atrias and the introduction of new market processes (MIG6), the Management and Strategy Management Board is preparing for a project portfolio that needs to be substantively and projectually supported. To this end, the Smart Users Program was established.
Eandis is looking for a project leader who can lead projects within the Smart Users program during their final phases of acceptance tests, go live and post go live.
The projects in question are mainly located in the fields of market and energy supply (Social Supplier) with strong interaction with our asset management and financial system
The project leader is also able to support the maintenance assignments in those same areas in addition to his/her project work

Technical context

- You continuously monitor the progress of the project and take the necessary initiatives to complete the project within the set criteria (time, budget, quality), even in changing context.
- You proactively manage the project risks and bottlenecks, making the correct diagnosis and interpretation
- You ensure an up-to-date status of the project in terms of budget, time, scope, risk and bottlenecks to all stakeholders
- You lead the project according to the methodology agreed within Eandis and ensure that it is consistently applied by the project staff
- You monitor the substantive dependencies with other projects within the program smart users.
- You work closely with Business Analysts and projects within the Smart Users program

- Knowledge of testing and quality control of software development in general and user acceptance testing in particular is important.
- You think pragmatically and solution-oriented within an agreed scope.
- You analyze problems and come up with efficient, simple solutions.
- You are diplomatic and communicate fluently with various stakeholders.
- You contribute to better cooperation through exchange of information with colleagues.
- You can translate with French language (at least reading and understanding).
- You are open to being multi-deployable in function of the evolving context and can be easily changed with changing circumstances

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-

Proven experience in the Utilities sector (5,00 years)

General skills selected:

Perfect oral and written knowledge of Dutch
PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certificate
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Proven experience with HP Quality Center (2.00 years)
Proven experience with Project and scope management (2.00 years)
ISTQB Foundation certificate
SAP IS-U training

Skill Requested Respons Type

Proven experience with MIG6/MIG DNB processes (2.00 years)
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the market processes, described in MIG4 more specifically from the role of social supplier and network administrator (exception supplier and market facilitator)
