Dutch Or French Speaking SAP HR Functional Analyst
Location: Brussels
Rate: Euros/day all inclusive
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Our client is looking for someone who can provide day-to-day excellence in Functional and Technical application Support.
- Act as Change Manager for certain changes and requests regarding the clients' HR applications. Manage expectations and ensure effective, practical planning & qualitative delivery.
- Work with the clients' HR Process Leads, client key users and other PFS HR members to operationally manage assigned change requests, bug fixes and small operational enhancements. Ensure fit with process and customer/user satisfaction, engagement/adoption by the business.
- Plan and coordinate new client HR SAP HR applications releases (Scope/Delivery/Testing/Communication/Adoption/Quality Assurance)
- Actively bring in best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help improve client SAP HR applications and level of service regarding these applications.
- Proactively try to improve support, training, processes and communication around client SAP HR applications
- Independently run small projects
Role requirements:
- Able to analyse functional requirements and translate these to SAP technical implementations
- Significant experience in customising and maintaining SAP HR modules:
- SAP Time Management (Negative/Positive/Quota) at Senior Level
- SAP Time Registration at Senior Level
- ESS/MSS/FIORI knowledge is required
- SAP Shiftplanning knowledge is not required but regarded as a plus
- SAP Workflow knowledge is not required but regarded as a plus
- Good knowledge of HR Time Management business processes and applications
- Good knowledge of SAP mobile applications and strategy
- Strength in building and reinforcing good governance, risk management and strong operational practices
- Graduated from higher education
- Have more than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function or through project experience
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch. English is an asset
