Dutch/French Speaking SOA Project Manager for Contract in Brussels

For my client in Belgium I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with excellent knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and good knowledge of Drupal and Webmethods. The right candidate needs to be fluent in Dutch and/or French with good understanding of the other language. This is a 6 months contract with a good option to extend.

Scope of the assignment

Within the ICT department of my client you will manage the Foundations Deployment program. This program aims to build and deploy building blocks for the corporate content management framework, based on Drupal, for the corporate integration strategy, based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and process oriented development (WebMethods), and for the corporate Security Baseline.

As Project Manager you need to have the following skills and experience:

- Excellent knowledge and experience with SOA
- Knowledge of Drupal and WebMethods is a strong plus
- Several years experiences as a Project Manager
- You have a strong focus on planning and driving deliveries against challenging timelines in a complex working environment and possess outspoken people management skills;
- You are able to structure and manage complex programs with many parallel delivery tracks
- You exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are required.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language.
