Dutch/French Speaking Manager Communication Platforms for Contract Bru

For my client in Brussels, Belgium, I am currently looking for a fluent Dutch and French speaking Manager Communication Platforms for a 6 months contract with option to extend. You will be responsible for the development, roll-out and the management of the communication platform options that were introduced to support the internal and external communication strategy.

As Manager Communication Platforms you have the following skills:

- People management: you are responsible for a team of people with different profiles (operational, project managersyou are able to work out an evolution plan for the creation of a professional team that is able to meet the challenges of tomorrow (Roles & responsibilitiespart of your team to positioning as a support centre for the business in the context of the collaboration platforms (Sharepoint super users); You to integrate into the management of Branding, CommunicationYou're analytical set, you're communicative and constructive in your way of working with the various types of stakeholders and you remains calm even in the most difficult situations; You work autonomously, you are dynamic and you'll experience the implementation of changes as a challenge; You have experience in the coaching of people in a changing context
- Project & Program management skills: You have a wide experience in the management of complex projects, you will feel good with a structured approach (knowledge of Prince2 is an asset) and you're proactive in the recording of that task, or the coach of the employees who are still in training.
- Strategy   coordinate and you define the priorities of the questions of the Business, in cooperation with the Customer Relationship Manager of your team; see you in a professional, coherent and structured collection of user requirements in the business; imagine a service catalogue tailored to as well as SLA's; you in state to analyse processes; you work closely with our internal suppliers (Application development & IT Infrastructure) to define the roadmap, you define an approach for monitoring and reporting of the services provided
- You need to speak fluent Dutch and French and English for this position.
- Knowledge of Sharepoint (ideally 2010)
- Knowledge of communication platforms
- Knowledge - Document- and Coaching Management
