We are looking for an R&D Manager who will be responsible for managing the Dual-Epi loop development in R&D for 10nm and beyond. Key responsibilities include:
1. Epi process development and window check.
2. Electrical characterization of dual epi-process.
3. Design rule definition and verification of epi process.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. At least 5 years process integration experience in advanced logic process development.
2. Familiar with logic process. Knowledge of design rule and device physics is a strong plus.
3. Proven capabilities in program management within Asia.
4. Strong communication skills. Good command at both English and Putonghua.
