Job Title: DSP Ordering Team Leader FTC 6 months

Location: Mercedes Benz, Milton Keynes

Salary: 24000 per annum

Your role is to control administrative aspects of the Mercedes-Benz passenger car Direct Sales Programme (DSP) process

Your duties will include:

- Lead and motivate the team, to ensure high levels of performance and morale are maintained. Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and monthly 121 sessions
- Act as the first point of escalation for all issues relating to the Direct Sales Programme ordering process, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly, and professionally, and are only escalated further when necessary
- Control the processing of all aspects of Direct Sales Programme orders, ensuring vehicles are allocated and transferred within the agreed SLA.
- Attend weekly/monthly review meetings with internal stakeholders (MBUK Fleet team), ensuring that excellent working relationships based upon trust and respect are developed and maintained.
- Lead Retailer and Stakeholder query / issue investigation, taking necessary action to resolve on behalf of the customer and working with or making recommendations to the Service Delivery Manager to ensure problems do not reoccur.

Essential skills / qualifications / experience for the role

- Knowledge and/or experience of the vehicle supply chain.
- Knowledge and experience of CESAR & VRS.
- Ability to manage and develop a large team to top performance.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across the Mercedes-Benz Group and with external Stakeholders.
- Ability to establish credibility with managers across the Mercedes-Benz Group.
- Excellent administrative skills.
