Projektbeschreibung

DS&T Communicationsincluding proactively managing Risks and Issues Coordination of Change Control processes and supporting the production of various key programme documents / deliverables Coordination of Programme Reporting and collation of inputs to key programme governance and management meetings Management of key Governance Meetings Management of programme administration activities including:

a) Co-ordination of meetings; WebEX and telephone conferences;

b) Issuing meeting agendas and distributing any supporting documentation in advance of Programme management meetings or Governance forums;

c) Producing meeting minutes/notes and updating action logs;

d) Following up on actions to ensure they are closed-out

Essential Experience:

- Excellent administration, planning and organisation skills
- Experience of producing and implementing communication plans
- Experience of managing budgets
- Previous experience of working in public sector

Directorate Communications

- Devise and implement a communications strategy and plan for DS&T ensuring this is coordinated with other communications within the Organisation
- Develop a detailed plan and timetable for communications and all associated preparations, linking to relevant stakeholders
- Determine how to make best use of blogs and publishing via .gov.uk and implement recommendations
- Recommend how to manage and embed comms processes going forward to ensure continued, effective communications Risk Management
- Working with the established Agency risk management process review the DS&T internal processes around risk management to ensure risk is appropriately managed and escalated
- Understand the links between the various project, team, directorate and agency risk registers to improve effectiveness and efficiency in their maintenance and management Finance
- Working with DS&T Finance business partners and budget holders ensure budgets accurately reflect income and expenditure forecast and headcount General governance
- Develop and implement governance arrangements putting in place processes and procedures to ensure actions from various governance boards are undertaken and papers produced to deadlines.
