Drug Substance Dispensation Specialist

For our client in BASEL we are looking for a DRUG SUBSTANCE DISPENSATION SPECIALIST for a 7-MONTH project.
DURATION: ASAP TO 30/11/2018
LOCATION: BASEL
WORKLOAD: 100%
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Dispensing of drug substance in compliance with the regulatory guidelines, SOP's and other internal regulations
INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES:
1. Dispensing of Drug Substance (weighing process), including highly active compounds.
2. Manual primary packaging of solid dosage forms (mostly capsules/tablets in bottles).
3. Reconciliation and verification of materials and products prior to order completion.
4. Accurate, complete and error-free documentation in manufacturing documents and system (SAP).
5. Ensures cleanliness, hygiene and order of workplace and equipment.
6. Prioritization of dispensing orders according to due dates and agreed timelines.
7. Informs Senior Process expert or deputy about quality event (eg deviation)
8. Able to describe the process and answer questions regarding dispensation/manual primary packaging during internal/external inspections.
9. Meets quantity, quality and timelines of all assigned tasks.
10. Ensures consistent compliance with cGMP, SOPs, Health and Safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Accurate and precise working style.
. Familiar with weighing process.
. Willingness to work in safety overall (Tyvek) with mask and air filter for the major part of the day.
. Candidate should bring experiences in similar roles (1-2 years).
. Experience in a GMP work environment.
. English and German knowledge is required.
. Completed training in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry is an advantage. However no specific apprenticeship/degree required.
. SAP experience is an advantage but not required.
