Drug Safety Systems Specialist Job

SAFETY SYSTEMS SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Parsippany, NJ.

- Drug safety with systems and applications
- Reconciliation of data

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide technical support to business processes, including generation of reports and first tier application support
- Participate in projects to implement new technologies
- Generate line listings and perform ad hoc queries for sites and affiliates
- Trial Safety Data Analysis, Aggregate Reports, etc.
- Generate data reports for Annual Periodic Reports and Product Reviews
- Perform database searches in support of white papers and medical inquiries
- Develop reporting capability and generate regular and ad hoc reports; generate and distribute global metrics
- Perform data reconciliation (partner systems vs. Argus)
- Provide local application and hardware support
- Participate in special projects to drive compliance and efficiency improvements
- Participate in data migration; work with partner systems reps to coordinate and resolve issues
- Provide Argus configuration support

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent required (degree in health related field, Information Systems, or Technology is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical or related industry experience required, including at least 1 year in Drug Safety with systems
- Quality assessment and reconciliation of data experience required;

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Data entry experience preferred
- OTC experience preferred
