Drug Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with profound organizational skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years' experience in a regulatory role
- Excellent team player with the ability to be the authority figure and to work well under pressure
- Main strengths should include flexibility and organizational skills
- Clinical production experiences are considered an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing Order Alignment and coordinating packaging order preparation as well as ensuring proactive resolution of any packaging order related questions
- Consulting order supply managers on packaging designs according to capacity and budget constraints
- Advising on outsourcing decisions for packaging orders based on in-house capacity and technical equipment
- Being an active member of the order management forum and contributing to functional excellence, process harmonization and strategic positioning of the forum
- Implementing packaging related time schedules in alignment with order supply management team and contributing to the tactical planning of order supply operations
- Dealing with all applicable finance activities, including Request for Proposal (RFP) for bidding and vendor selection, Grants, Purchase Orders (PO) and invoice approval
- Coordinating activities in order to ensure full documentation for packaging activities and for the final QA report
