Driver to the Ontology Development

For our customer we are looking for a Driver to the ontology development.

We need an ontologist consultant, to drive the ontology development part of the proof of concepts in GDF. The goal of the POCs is to get familiar with the methodology of ontology development, and see that we can translate it into an operational data model.

The ontologist must be an expert with proven track-record in ontology development in the Financial industry. Intimate knowledge of FIBO is a must, as is knowledge of financial indsutry standards like FpML and FIX.

Since ontologies is brand new to the customer, part of the task is also to help select tools, and help build ontology capabilities in the organisation. It is therefore important that the consultant is able to teach the craft of building ontologies, and interact with management level to ensure successful implementation.

We expect most of the work to be conducted on location in Copenhagen and partially Stockholm.

Experience:

Ontologist Development 3-5 Years

FIBO (Financial Industry Business Ontology) 3-5 Years

Finance 3-5 Years

FPML (Financial Product Markup Language) 1-3 Years
