Drill Drawing/Project Manager Job

DRILL DRAWING/PROJECT MANAGER needed for a one (1) year CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Erie, PA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- AutoCAD experience
- Project Management
- Meeting Facilitation

What You'll Be Doing:
- Schedule and facilitate Tollgate, App Reviews, and PCB meetings
- Document notes, approvals, and open approvals for these meetings
- Follow up weekly on open approvals
- Work with drill packager and drill engineering and commercial teams to put together project manuals for customers
- Use AutoCAD to update drawings and models per specific customer requirements.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to work well across all support functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent at documenting meeting minutes as well as storing and managing them for all participants to understand and access
- Proficient at using excel, word, PowerPoint and email as well as ability to learn new programs as needed for the position
- Good at time management and meeting facilitation
- Ability to work on own without daily intervention or supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ability to understand/modify AutoCAD drawings
