Drafting Assistant

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DRAFTING TECHNICIAN to join our client in Charleston, SC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to respond to changing priorities when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of information worked with.
- Work with Microstation software program to convert hand marked up drawings to the Microstation CAD version drawings; Accuracy of work is paramount.
- Work with Mechanical and Electrical/Instrument designers to ensure quality of work.
- Work with Document Controller to ensure drawing status is managed properly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma and at least two (2-3) years of experience required.
- Ability to adhere to all Site Safety Rules.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be well organized and able to keep track of the various stages of the various tasks.
