Drafter

Drafter needed for pressure vessel manufacturer with 2+ years experience in ASME pressure vessel code. This is a temp-to-perm position in MN. You will support a custom fabrication shop doing business in Power, Chemical Processing, and Water Treatment industries. You must have metal fabrication or ASME experience and formal training on AutoCAD version 2007 or newer. Apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Primary responsibilities include drafting using your past experience with ASME Pressure Vessels, or metal fabrication.
- Effectiveness in meeting established schedules.
- Self-check for accuracy of all drawings and bills of material.
- Must maintain industry specific drafting codes and standards and have experience improving or modifying specifications and drawings.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years drafting experience with ASME pressure vessel code or metal fabrication.
- Formal training on AutoCAD version 2007 or newer.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment, machining and an ASME code shop.
- 2-year degree a plus.
