Dracas Engineer

DRACAS Engineer required To conduct RM&T analysis of DRACAS data.

Typical activities will include:
Performing RM&T DRACAS analysis.
Produce a range of metrics to support DRACAS analysis.
Prepare agenda for internal Incident Sentencing Committee (ISC) and Failure Review Board (FRB).
Development of macros for export/import to support data exchange.
Day to day management of incidents to ensure workflow is progressing.
DRACAS reports (quarterly, MTR reports and metrics).
Support to Incident Sentencing Committee (ISC) and Failure Review Board FRB.
DRACAS toolset fixes as bugs emerge in process.
Database management and data integrity.
Development of solution for up and coming prototype builds and testing ie Integration and Acceptance Trials (IAT).
Configuration management of Baseline product integrity against EBS.

The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Experience in the implementation and management of a DRACAS.
Hands on knowledge and experience within RM&T positions with major Defence contractors.
Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently on own initiative as well as within a 'team' environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting procedure.
