Domiciliary Care Manager

DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER - MATERNITY COVER - SWINDON £28-30K

This role is for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager who is looking for a short term contract to cover maternity leave. Our client is looking for a cheerful, confident experienced manager who has excellent carer recruitment experience and staff retention skills as this is a fairly new Domiciliary Care business which is growing fast. You will need to have already obtained your level 5, RMA or NVQ 4 and be a registered manager. Our client is looking for a manager who can offer approximately 6 months cover for this role.

This job is very much a 'hands on' Care management role with on call duties, and visits to cover if required. You will need to be a car owner/driver and have good knowledge of the CQC regs and care standards and good local knowledge of the area. You will need to live locally and within a 20 mile radius of Swindon.
