Omschrijving:
For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Domain architect for IT4IT.
You will become the subject matter expert and will be responsible from an architectural point of view for the complete lifecycle of the domain.
You will be working closely together with the Chief Architect and the enterprise architect in defining the domain and its roadmap.
You will be working within the department Enterprise Architecture and reporting to the Team Manager. The team consists of 12 architects. The team has the global architectural responsibility for all domains. You will be working closely with product owners and DevOps teams on the architectural backlog.

Tasks:
Set up complete domain architecture for IT4IT consisting of baseline architecture, target end state, roadmap and migration scenarios. Due to the size of the domain it is required to create a structured break down resulting in various sub domains. (e.g. automated testing, automated delivery, monitoring, ...) with clear demarcation boundaries.

Responsibilities:
You align your domain vision with the long term IT vision and the business strategy.
Accountable for reducing complexity and reducing technical debt in the IT chains.

General knowledge:
- Develops and maintains the domain reference architecture and the roadmap that drives its change portfolio
- Has complete knowledge of the domain from the business functionality, the application(s) itself and the underlying infra components
- Coaches the solution architects in delivering the architecture deliverables for this domain.
- Aligns this domain with the other domain and infra architects
- Is a trusted advisor on L2 and L3 level for both business and IT
- Validates Solution Outlines / Architectures that impacts this domain

Technical knowledge:
Up to date knowledge of IT4IT products and vendors including open source.
Hands on experience with a number of areas like IT Service Management (e.g. tools like Service NOW, HP tooling, ..), Portfolio Management, Backlog Mangement, Continuous delivery(e.g. GitLab, Artifactory, ...), automated testing, monitoring (IBM, ELK, ...), ..
