Dojo/Activiti Development Specialist - HSBC

This Development Specialist role is Sheffield based and within Global Standards Software Delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Work with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. 
- Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. 
- Determine system performance standards.
- Design, develop and modify software systems based on requirements and or change requests
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor to ensure specifications are met. 
- Ensuring RAIDs are mitigated and resolved or escalated for resolution as appropriate

ROLE CONTEXT

The person holding this role will/may be involved in any of the following activities:

- Working directly with the business to ensure the software design supports the requirements
- Supports the project/Programme Manager with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope

EXPERIENCE

- Dojo/Activiti experience essential
- Experience supporting large, global, functional IT/Change Programmes within Banking and preferably HSBC.
