Large and highly stable company has an immediate need for a Technical Support Analyst on a contract basis. In this role, you will work with internal users and vendors in support of key internal applications. This is a position for a person who seeks a long-term position with strong career stability.

Responsibilities:

- Handle Tier 2 support of incident management, managing the queue, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Support projects as needed, including handling installs, releases, etc.
- Provide support to qualification activities as needed (example - writing/executing assigned installation/operational qualification scripts).

Requirements:

- Experience with EMC Documentum/CSC Firstdoc (Document Management systems) OR experience with CSC (formerly ISI) eCTD Xpress and CSC (ISI) Publisher (Pharmaceutical Submission/Publishing systems).
- Knowledge of the business related to regulatory submission processes.

Preference:

- Pharma industry experience.
