Documentum Support Analyst/Developer

This role is with a major public sector organisation based in Newcastle. The purpose is to provide support for the Documentum suite of applications - DWMS, CPS, DEC and Caseflow. You will be responsible for supporting the application aspects of multiple live services. You will be involved in the investigation of live incidents reported by other support teams and be responsible for the investigation of incidents and provision of resolutions and interact/interface with Solutions Delivery (project handover, Clone testing, etc),

Your experience should ideally include of most of the following - PVCS, EARS & Windows, a working knowledge of Live Service Systems and applications, knowledge of Clarity, MS Office applications knowledge, experience of XML and Maestro Scheduler. You should have analytical and decision making skills, be forward thinking and have good customer facing skills.

The role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and will start at the end of October/beginning of November. Duration will be 6 months initially with a likelihood of extension. Rates will be in the £300 - £400 per day range according to experience.
