Documentation & Training Consultant - Mobile Paymen

Product Level Documentation / Training & Presentation Material / Mobile or PaymentsA leading payments business urgently requires a Documentation & Training Consultant to produce new documentation and training material for a soon to released mobile product in emerging payments.The main purpose of this role is to work with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Product Development team to gain deep understanding of the product functionality allowing development of new internal and external facing documentation and training materials. The varying deliverables may include high level overviews, consumer journeys, detailed product descriptions, etc.What must you bring?* Experience in mobile and/or payments environments * Expertise in producing product level documentation of varying levels of detail * Developing and delivering training materials at varying levels of detail * High competency in English written language with reviewing and editorial skills* Ability to understand and explain complex areas clearly in business terms* Capability of describing big picture down into product functional detail * Translate between business and technical detail and explain technical detail at a business level* Attention to detail and quality in all activities * Capability to assess and propose alternative approaches to deliveries * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Visio * Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)* Good planning and organisational skills* Ability to work to deadlinesYou will have a distinct advantage if in addition to the above you can display:* Openness to learn, develop and adapt to meet any changing needs of the role * Existing knowledge of payment systems products, services and systems* Knowledge of transaction processing including EMV and Chip and PIN* Understanding of any of the following Product Development, Business Analysis, System Design and Consulting * Articulate, strong, original thinking allowing a creative mind-set for problem solving and effective communication. * Conformance to corporate styles and guidelines * A friendly, confident, yet tenacious, patient, flexible personality* Ability to fit into a growing, diverse team and wider department * European language in addition to English
