Documentation Support - Prime Brokerage - Investment Banking

The role is EMEA representative in a global specialised team to ensure Prime Brokerage clients execute MCA and Side Letter agreements for their FX Product Trades.
Key daily tasks include professional communication with Clients and Customers in regards to the FX MCA and Bespoke Side Letter Requirements.
To ensure clients sign the documentation it is essential to communicate professionally both written and verbally in regard to high level of complex issues. This required for internal and external clients and Customers.
In addition the role requires candidate to have excellent organisational and management reporting skills to ensure success.
Experience drafting and negotiating with FO and General Counsel FX MCA's or similar ISDA Documentation is essential to success in the role.

The role involves

* Analyst is required to demonstrate accuracy and timeliness in producing accurately drafted MCA and Side letters in regards to FX traded Products.
* Professional interactions with internal and external Clients and customers in both written and verbal formats.
* Demonstrate knowledge and application of ISDA, EMIR and EMTA guidelines and requirements for FX Derivatives.
* Management Reports that demonstrate achievements on a weekly basis.
* Meeting the Global Targets within the deadline.
* Proactive suggestions in improving the success rate and processing of MCA and Side letters as part of the objective for 2015.

Experience required

* Graduate in Finance Degree recommended or equivalent experience
* Understanding of Operational Derivative Processing, EMTA and ISDA documentations.
* Experience working in Global teams.
