Documentation/Legal experience/Familiarity with legal agreements

Bank of America Merrill Lynch are currently looking for an experienced Documentation Support/Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Assisting as required with ISDA and other document negotiations and regulatory driven projects;
2. Responding to questions on status of documentation in negotiation, existing ISDA documentation with clients, and the ISDA negotiation processes from internal partners;
3. Scanning, faxing, copying, distributions by email, mail (priority/regular), documents for execution, executed agreements and notices;
4. Profile in the ATOM/ATS record the terms of the ISDA documentation;
5. Supporting needs-based project-related work assigned by A
6. Chasing responses and outstanding documents from internal partners and clients in connection with ongoing negotiations of ISDA Master Agreement and related documentation.

Required Skills for the Job:
Documentation experience
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of the team.
* Self-motivation, ability to prioritise.
* Ability to exercise judgement within defined parameters.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications for the Job:
* Experience working with ISDA Master Agreements or other legal documentation.
* Law degree or similar qualification.

Problem-solver with initiative and excellent attention to detail
