Bank of America is looking for an experienced Documentation Specialist with Legal/trade experience or similar

Contract Management serve as documentation experts in negotiating and signing GTS Trade Specific documentation with clients. They review and approve non-standard Bank of America trade and legal documentation, and have responsibility for new documentation development. They also serve as documentation experts in negotiating and signing documentation with clients and lenders.

Responsibilities
* Preparing and negotiating master agreements for trade products.
* Preparing and negotiating trade indemnities.
* Managing the negotiation processes with external parties and internal business partners.
* Reviewing requests for proposals for risks and exceptions.
* Consulting and advising business partners on contractual issues in relation to potential deals.
* Supporting the drafting, revision, and development of non-standard and new trade product legal documentation.
* Identifying opportunities to reduce the completion time of trade documentation for new clients to improve the on-boarding processes for new trade clients .
* Liaising with internal stake holders such as risk, legal, compliance, product management and contract management teams in other regions such as the US and Asia, and other internal support groups.

Essential
Broad knowledge of trade products and services and specific knowledge and experience around trade legal documentation
Proven negotiation skills, including conducting negotiations effectively and balancing competing objectives to achieve optimal results.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Experience of dealing with clients

Preferred
Familiarity with Global Treasury products preferred but not essential
Detailed knowledge of account documentation for Treasury Services
Knowledge of legal structures for various companies, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLC's, corporations and trusts
