Documentation Specialist Job

DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Quality Assurance
- Documentation
- Batch Records

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Proofreading pharmaceutical labeling (physician inserts, patient inserts, medication guides, folding cartons, and labels
- Manual and/or electronic proofreading
- Comparison of Microsoft Word to Microsoft Word documents
- Comparison of Microsoft Word to PDF documents
- Comparison of PDF to PDF documents
- Functions can be completed offsite or onsite depending on requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least five (5) years proofreading experience (pharmaceutical)
- QA experience reviewing documentation, ie batch records
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy and consistency
- Able to follow proofreading guidelines
- Strong sense of organization
- Application of logical thinking
