Documentation Specialist (GxP/DMS/Msoffice)

Our client, a major global player is currently looking for a DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST, estimated starting date Mid-February 2015 until end of August 2015 (1040h/40h a week), with possible extension.

DESCRIPTION

- Provides administrative support for the document controls department.
- Coordinates the review and approval of GxP documents using the docspace document management system.
- Reviews documents to ensure obsolete references are not present in the documents.
- Provides guidance to document originators, ensuring documents are created/edited per current procedures and regulation requirements.
- Runs docspace system reports to tracking status progress for all reviewed documents.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working with Document Management Systems is preferred but not required.

SKILLS

- Knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working with Document Management Systems is preferred but not required.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCIES:

- ENGLISH AND GERMAN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN IS MANDATORY

MISCELLANEOUS:

- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines
