Harvey Nash is looking for a Documentation Specialist for a 6 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
. Kickoff a working group and lead the working group (core team will be the PLs)
. training on Documentum (Alcon system), providing support to BTDM (Biotechnology Technical Development & Manufacturing) team members to navigate into Documentum
. Getting full access to TEDI to support new BTDM expert to write documents in TEDI
. Establishing the list of documents that needs to be in TEDI for next submission (IND/IMPD and BLA/MAA) with the working group (based on CTA and CTD planners)
. Leading, with the working group, the review of the existing documents (in Documentum) to decide on need for update or direct importation to TEDI
. Establishing plan for updating Documentum documents requiring adaptation to BTDM requirement, track the implementation (including review/approval cycles)
Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company? Please send your complete CV (Word documents preferred)
