Documentation Specialist

We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. They are one of the world's most reputable, Pharmaceutical institutions. This is a great opportunity for you. You will be one of the key people of a large project and will have good exposure in the business.

Duties
Ensure technical documentation support by preparation and formatting of scientific documents; maintenance of documents in the document management system; compilation of submission dossiers, hand-over to publishing team
Prepare and update scientific documents according to internal documentation standards
Format detailed data tables and figures and apply document formats using customized Word templates.
Compile documents and format them for publishing
Hand over the prepared documents to the publishing team
Maintain documents in document-management systems (eg, Documentum) and document-sharing systems (eg, SharePoint).
Collaborate with internal partners

Qualifications
Minimum BA or BS (or equivalent) in English, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field or a degree as laboratory assistant (eg, CTA, BTA, or PTA), commercial education; or three to five years of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience with regulatory or scientific documents and dossier structures (eg, CTD) or in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
Proficiency in a broad range of IT skills, including expert-level use of Word, Excel, and Acrobat and experience with document-management systems (eg, Documentum) and document-sharing systems (eg, SharePoint). Knowledge of publishing systems and requirements is beneficial.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, in English (German is a plus).
Attention to detail and consistency, especially with respect to style, format, and layout and ability to format technical documents using electronic tools (eg, Acrobat).
An aptitude for teamwork and the ability to work with internal customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills; the ability to deliver under pressure; and the ability to work flexibly to support changing assignments and priorities in an independent and reliable manner.
