A Global Investment Bank based in London are seeking to hire a Lending Documentation Manager
/Documentation Consultant to work within the Client Documentation Group.

AS A LENDING DOCUMENTATION MANAGER/DOCUMENTATION CONSULTANT YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Legal background with banking experience.
- Lending Documentation.
- Have the ability to make changes with documentation.
- Negotiation.

AS A LENDING DOCUMENTATION MANAGER/DOCUMENTATION CONSULTANT THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

- A primary responsibility is to take on the management of facility letter, and bilateral loan documentation negotiation for the bank's Global Banking client base.
- Act as point of contact for Global Banking Relationship Management teams on lending documentation related matters, prepare facility letters/loan agreements in an accurate and timely manner for new or amended facilities
- Be responsible for a suite of facility letter templates used by the Lending Documentation team.
- Obtain approval for new templates, and maintain the existing suite through an annual re-certification process in conjunction with Global Banking's legal team.
