A major financial institution located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Documentation Analyst to join the Legal and Compliance Team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the company's customer on-boarding process, providing documentation support in report to negotiations an execution of master agreements, providing support for the compliance team, as well as various administrative duties. This position will oversee client on-boarding process and act as the central point of contact for communication and coordination.

Experience and Education Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience at a financial institution, registered broker-dealer, FCM, or US Regulatory Agency
* Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and ISDA documentation and Protocols (preferred)
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Detail oriented and a collaborative team player
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
