DOCUMENTALIST, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, ALICANTE SPAIN
We require an English-speaking Documentalist with at least 3 years experience in Information Management and Document Management for our client in Alicante for a 4 month assignment renewable for one year, starting in September.
THE ROLE
Responsibility for information management, regardless of the medium in which it is. Must have ability to analyze, fix and improve information flows
SKILLS
- Evaluation and analysis of the documentary chain (selection, acquisition, completion of document analysis and organization of the document database);
- Plan and manage the development of service documentation;
- Search and retrieval of information;
- Treatment of documentary information defining the objective, scope and structure of the document, document use, who will use and document version control;
- Editing documentary products.
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or equivalent experience.
LANGUAGES
A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework). Spanish is valuable but not essential.
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
