Review, update and deploy user documentation for SAP and PeopleSoft on the organisation's Intranet.

Use your previous experience to engage with relevant Subject Matter Experts to identify user requirements and document procedures and work instructions.

Your background in offering advice on Intranet design and usability will be well received.

SKILLS

- Knowledge of some or all of the following applications:
- SAP ECC6 (FI-AP, AR,TM,CA, GL, CO, SRM & MM, etc.)
- PeopleSoft (HCM/ELM)
- MS SharePoint/web and Intranet
- MS Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hypersnap, Captivate or SnagIt screen capture tools
- Web/Intranet content development, designing for usability and publishing processes
- Development of work instructions/procedures
- Development and support of elearning materials using Articulate.
- Knowledge of Australian Federal/State Government financial management practices.
