DOCUMENT SCANNING CLERK needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Stamford, Connecticut.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Document scanning experience
- MS Office knowledge
- Database experience
- Attention to detail

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Scan and upload corporate governance related documents into a digital central repository.
- Assist with ensuring that documents are stored in a central repository to meet regulatory expectations and comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Audit existing documents maintained in a central repository to validate quality of scans and index accuracy.
- Provide timely and accurate scanning, filing and maintenance of the documents for electronic storage.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year related experience in a corporate environment
- Prior corporate housekeeping experience or knowledge of corporate governance and legal entity structures preferred
- Familiarity with interfacing with databases
- Proven organization and communications skills
- Good visual acuity
- Ability to use general office equipment (ie desktop computer, laptop, phone, copy machine, scanner, printer, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
